Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, including but not limited to adult toys, sex toys, underwear, and other intimate goods, **all sales are FINAL**. For hygiene and safety reasons, **we cannot accept returns or offer refunds** for any items once they have been purchased.
This policy is in accordance with U.S. health and safety regulations, which prohibit the resale of these types of products once they have been opened or used. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, and this ensures that all items received are new and unused.
**Exceptions**
– If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. We will require proof of the defect or damage, such as photos or videos, and reserve the right to request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email : [email protected] within the first 7 days of receipt, with the following information:
- Order number
- Item number
- The order reference/ invoice number
- Detailed description of issue, including any troubleshooting that has been tried
- Photos (If damaged)
We are happy to help troubleshoot the issue and if the item is defective, we can have a replacement sent or issue a credit to your account. Please note that all product issues must be reported within the first 7 days of receipt . A general guideline:
Faulty goods – Contact us as soon as you have received information of a defective item.
The DEFECTIVE goods must be in their original condition & original packaging – not opened.
The DEFECTIVE goods must be received by us within reported within the first 7 days of receipt.
– Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
