Cheeky should come with a small initial charge and be travel locked out of the box. If it does not have a charge, charge it using instructions in the charging section below. 

Travel Lock: Quickly press the button 3 times until you feel 2 vibrations. ON/OFF: Turn the vibrator on by pressing the power button. The LED light will light up when the vibrator is on. While it is on, you can turn it off at any time by pressing the button once. 

How to Use: “Press and Hold” the button to increase the intensity of the vibration. Cleaning: There is a cleaning brush included which will help you to properly clean the grooves of the metallic band and around the button. Note: Pillow TalkTM items are water resistant. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and toy cleaner or warm, soapy water. Do not submerge. 

Charging: Insert the pin of the USB cord into the charge port on the bottom of the product and then plug the USB cord into a USB wall adaptor. While the unit is charging, the LED light will slowly flash. When it has finished charging, the light will be solid. After charging is complete, the product will unlock automatically and be ready for use.
